The Grounding Protocol

Cacao*, Chai Spices Blend* (Ginger*, Cardamon*, Cinnamon*, Nutmeg*, Cloves*, Liquorice Root*, Black Pepper*). *Organic. Caffeine-free.

For a hot drink. Add 1 heaping tablespoon per 8oz hot beverage or to taste. Add product first, then water after. Froth with the Pique Frother or stir to mix. Ideal hot water temperature is 180-200°F. Allow whole ground plants to settle before drinking and discard sediment at bottom of cup.

For a cold drink. Follow the instructions for a hot drink above using 6oz hot water. Add ice after frothing and stir vigorously to cool and ice. Allow whole ground plants to settle before drinking and discard sediment at bottom of cup.
